Service
AiCAN is a desktop software product for CAN log analysis, DBC-based signal inspection, automation scripting, AI-assisted workflows, and standalone app creation.
Plans and License
AiCAN provides a free viewer plan, monthly and annual subscription plans, and a perpetual license option. Paid features are enabled through license validation after purchase. A license is granted for use according to the purchased plan and may be limited by user, device, seat count, feature set, subscription status, and maintenance terms.
Payment
Our online order process is conducted by our reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for online orders and handles payment processing, taxes, receipts, billing support, cancellations, and returns. The final payment amount, billing period, renewal terms, and applicable taxes are shown on the Paddle checkout page before payment is completed.
Subscription Renewal and Cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next renewal date. After cancellation, paid features remain available until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise required by law or checkout policy.
License Delivery
After successful payment, an AiCAN license key is generated automatically and sent to the purchase email. Users activate paid features by entering the license key in the AiCAN desktop app. Subscription renewal, cancellation, refund, and payment failure events may update the license status automatically.
Acceptable Use
Users must not reverse engineer license controls, bypass technical restrictions, redistribute paid software without permission, or use AiCAN in a way that violates applicable law, third-party driver licenses, or hardware vendor terms.
AI Features
AI features may send prompts and selected analysis context to the local or external provider configured by the user. Users are responsible for confirming that they are authorized to submit vehicle, DBC, log, and customer data. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect and must be independently verified before it is used for engineering, diagnostic, safety, compliance, or control decisions.
Vehicle and Safety Use
AiCAN is an engineering and analysis tool, not a certified safety system. Users must validate DBC interpretation, transmitted frames, scripts, generated applications, and AI-assisted actions in an isolated test environment before connecting to a vehicle or safety-relevant network. AiCAN must not be relied on as the sole basis for operation of a vehicle or safety-critical equipment.
Support and Responsibility
Paddle handles online payment, cancellation, refund, and billing inquiries as Merchant of Record. CYG handles AiCAN product support, technical issues, and licence activation. Product issues may be reported to CYG before or alongside a refund request to Paddle.
